病案教学法在内科临床教学中的应用

摘要 临床思维能力是培养,临床医生的核心,传统的教学模式已不能适应“内科学”教学的要求,寻找便捷有效的教学方法,对培养新时期医学人才至关重要。在长期的教学实践中,“病案教学法”这一互动式教学模式,极大的增强了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的临床思维能力,实现了师生间教学相长,是对传统教学模式的有益补充。 Clinical thinking ability is the core part of clinician training. Traditional teaching models cannot meet the requirements of internal medicine teaching system. Looking for convenient and effective teaching methods is essential for training the medical personnel in new era. In the long term of teaching practice, problem based learning (PBL) an interactive teaching model, may greatly enhance the students interest in learning and improve the clinical thinking ability of students. It can improve both teaching and learning quality between teachers and students and make a useful complement for the traditional teaching model
