中职卫校课堂教学有效性及其影响因素调查

摘要 调查中职卫校课堂教学有效性,了解课堂教学有效性现状及其影响因素。好评教师和差评教师的课堂教学有效性存在着显著性差异,教师的个人特征和行为对课堂教学有效性有很大的影响,差异最大的是教学组织方面,最小的是师生互动方面;学生年级、性别、专业对课堂教学有效性无显著性影响.学生的原有学习基础对课堂教学有效性存在显著影响,成绩上游的学生对教师课堂教学有效性的评价显著高于成绩下游的学生。应采取措施将教学效果好的教师的教学特征和行为进一步强化,促进差评教师向好评教师转化,最终提高全体教师课堂教学有效性;在教学中应充分考虑学生原有学习基础的因素,因人施教。
