B6C3F1与KM小鼠的超排效果比较

Comparative Study on Superovulation of B6C3F1 Mice and KM Mice

目的比较B6C3F1小鼠和昆明（KM）小鼠的超排效果。方法分别用孕马血清促性腺激素（PMSG）和人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG）对B6C3F1雌鼠和KM雌鼠进行超排处理，并均与KM雄鼠1：1合笼，观察两种雌鼠的见栓率，收集hCG注射后28h的1-细胞胚，观察1-细胞胚的数量。结果两种小鼠见栓率无明显差别，B6C3F1小鼠的1-细胞胚总数和可用1-细胞胚数均显著多于KM小鼠，而不可用1-细胞胚数却少于KM小鼠。结论B6C3FI小鼠的超排效果优于KM小鼠。

Objective To compare the different effects of superovulation between B6C3F1 mice and KM mice. Methods B6C3P1 female mice and KM female mice were injected with PMSG and hCG for superovulation, then caged with KM male mice; compared the rate of female mice with plugs and the number of 1-cell embryos. Results There was no significant difference in the rate of female mice with plugs between the two strains of mice. The total number of 1-cell embryos and the normal 1 -cell embryos of B6C3F1 mice were more than KM mice. But the abnormal 1-cell embryos were less. Conclusion The effects of superovulation on B6C3F1 mice are superior than KM mice.
