摘要 目的观察VTTAPEX糊剂治疗乳磨牙髓底穿通的临床疗效。方法随机收集121例128颗髓底穿通的乳磨牙,常规根管预备,将VTTAPEX糊剂压入根管内.髓底穿通处留有糊剂覆盖,双层垫底永久充填。结果术后临床随访1-3年,平均成功率916%。结论VITAPEX用于乳磨牙髓底穿通的治疗疗效好,操作简单,患儿易于接受,有利于临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical treatment effects of VTTAPEX paste on the primary molars furcation puncture. Method One hundred and twenty-eight primm-y molars with funcation puncture from 121 cases were selected randomly. Root canal preparetion were performed under local anaeathesia, and the VTTAPEX paste was filled in the root canal as well as the fureation puncture. Permernent filling was performed following double lining. Result The review in 1 to 3 years times after the treatment, the success rate was 91.6%.Conclusion It can maintain the integration of the denture and stimulate the normal development of the jaw with the application of the VTTAPEX paste in the primary, molars fureation puncture. The occlusion function following this treatment is better than the space maintainer, and it is easier to be accepted by the patients
