血清肿瘤标志物检测对消化道系统疾病的诊断价值

目的了解血清肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199检测在消化道系统疾病中的表达情况，为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法144例消化系统疾病患者应用化学发光法检测血清AFP、CEA、GA125、CA199水平。结果肝癌患者血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199的阳性率分别是70．6％、14.7％、64.7％、41.2％；肝硬化患者AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199的阳性率分别是32.1％、14.3％、85.7％、21．4％；直、结肠癌患者AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199的阳性率分别是2.3％、44．2％、32.6％、39.5％：胰腺癌患者AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199的阳性率分别是5.6％、33.3％、61.1％、88．9％；胃癌患者AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199的阳性率分别是9．5％、9.5％、47.6％、38.1％。结论AFP是肝癌最特异性的指标；CA199是胰腺癌最特异的指标；CA125是肝硬化最特异的指标。

Conclusion AFP is the most specific indicator of liver cancer; CA199 is the most specific indicator of pancreatic cancer; CA125 is the most specific indicator of liver cirrhosis.
