CXCR4和SDF-1在胃癌组织芯片中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨CXCR4、SDF-1在胃癌组织芯片的表达及与胃癌各临床病理因素间的关系。方法选取175例胃癌组织、40例正常胃组织,应用组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学法,检测CXCR4,SDF-1的表达情况。结果CXCR4在正常胃组织、胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为250%和497%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。CXCR4表达程度与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P〈0.05),与临床分期密切相关(P〈0.05),与浸润深度、分化程度、肿瘤大小无相关性(P〉0.05)。SDF-1在正常胃组织、胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为40%和577%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0(15)。SDF-1表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P〈0.05),与临床分期密切相关(P〈0.05).与浸润深度、分化程度、肿瘤大小均无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论CXCR4、SDF-1均与胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关,在胃癌的发展、转移、浸润等起重要作用。
