Methods To analyze The examples for fetal malformation and interrelated missed diagnosis and misdiaguosis in our hospital, reference the experience with the brother hospitals. Result Dynamic Observation has the important meaning for the prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis, special in the check of digestive system and urinary system. Conclusion Dynamic Ohservation can greatly increase the exact rate. reduce the rate of false pllsitive and talse negative, it also has the important meaning to reduce＇ the rate of birth disfigurement and avoid the blindness odinopoeia.
