Clinical Analysis of 42 Cases of SimultaneousLaparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Appendectomy

目的总结应用腹腔镜行阑尾、胆囊联合切除术的治疗效果。方法对42例行腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术患者的临床资料和手术过程进行回顾性分析。结果手术均获成功。平均手术时间60min，平均住院5d。全部患者均恢复正常．无并发症发生。结论腹腔镜胆囊和阑尾联合切除是安全、可行的手术方式，

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of laparoseopic choleeysteetomy combined with laparoseopic appendectomy.Method Simultaneous laparoseopic eholecysteetomy and appendectomy were performed in 42 patients with ehronic cholecystitis or eholecystolithiasis or polyp of gallbladder and acute or chronic appendicitis. Results All operationswere performed successfully without complications. The mean operating time was 60 minutes （ range 40-150 minutes）. The mean hospital stay was 5 days （ range 3-8 days）. No complications according to a follow up of 6 months. Conclusion The simultaneous aparoseopic choleeysteetomy and appendectomy is a safe and effective treatment.
