目的探讨急性白血病化疗期间预防感染的护理方法。方法通过对白血病患者化疗期间的观察及护理，并采取相应的护理措施预防化疗期间感染。结果：对急性自血病患者化疗期间施行预防感染的护理指导与管理，效果满意。结论对急性自血病患者化疗期间进行预防感染的护理指导与管理．能有效预防化疗期间感染。

Objective To investigate the method of nursing for Acute leukemia during chemotherapy. Methods During chemotherapy for leukemia patients by observation and care, and take the appropriate care measures to prevent infection during chemotherapy were infected. Results Patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy since the implementation of infection prevention and management of care and guidance received satisfactory results. Conclusions Patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy from infection prevention and management of care and guidance, can prevent infection during chemotherapy.
