4420例成人健康体检心电图分析

Analysis of Eletrocardiogram in 4420 Health Examination People

目的了解成人随机健康体检心电图情况，为心血管疾病的防治提供参考。方法对4420例体检者按年龄分组，描记常规12导联心电图，对主要的心电图异!进行分析。结果中老年组的异常心电图检出率均明显高于青年组（P〈0.01）；但是各组内男女性的异常比较差异不显著（P〈0.05）；在异常心电图中，ST—T改变．期前收缩的发生率较高，且中老年组明显高于青年组（P〈0.01）；但各组内男性，女性的发生率比较差异不显著（P〉0.05）。结论中老年人定期检查心电图，结合临床其他资料，对心血管疾病的防治提供线索。

Objective To explore the distrlbuti; on of abnormal in health examination people, to provide reference for prophylaxis and treatment of angiocardiopathy. Methds 4420people were divided into groups according to the age. Main abnormal eletrocardiogram sings were compared and analyzed. Results Middle-aged and elder group was significantly higher than young group in total positive rate of abnormal elefrocardiogram （P〈0.01）. Sex difference of total positive rate internal in eath group was not statistical significance （P〉0.05）. The rate of abnormal ST-T and premature systole were obviously higher than other abnormal eletrocardiggram signs. Middle-aged and elderly group was significantly higher than young group in rate of abnormal ST-T and premature systole （P〈0.01）. Sex difference of the rate internal in eath group was not statistical significance （P〉0.05）,.Conelusions Regular health examination and eletrocardiogram monitoring have important significance for prophylaxis and treatment of angiocardiopathy.
