中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良临床探讨

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine for Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察中西医结会治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法将120例FD患者随机分为中西医结合组（观察组）62例和西药组（对照组）58例，观祭组以复方中药加西药治疗，对照组单用医药治疗，疗程4周。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后临床证候积分的变化。结果观察组总有效率为95.16％，对照组总有效率为79．31％，观察组高于对照组。两组临床征候积分值比较，观察组亦明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗FD疗效显著．是治疗FD的有效方法。中药及其组方对消化功能的影响有广泛的研究价值。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of integrated traditional and western medicine on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 120 eases of functional dyspepsia were randomized into integrated traditional and western medicine group with 62 in it and control group with 58 in it. The integrated group was administered compound traditional chinese medicine and western medicine. The control group was administered western medicine only. The course of treatment was 4w. It was to observe clinical therapeutic effect in each group and the changes in elincal sympton integrals of each group before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of integrated group was 95.16% and that of control group was 79.31%. The outcome in integrated medcine group was superior to that in control group. In comparison of clinical symptom integrals, the outcmne in integrated medicine group was superior remarkable to that in the other. Conclusion Integrated traditional and western medicine achieves significant therapeutic effect on FD, which is an effective approach of treatment. The influence of traditional chinese medicine and its compound on the digestive function have a wide range of reserch value.
