高频彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断分析

摘要 目的分析高频彩色多普勒超声(Colour Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)检查对下肢深静脉血栓(Deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的诊断及应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检查发现DVT患者95例。观察血栓性质、部位和栓塞程度,并进行回顾性分析。结果95例DVT患者均有典型的超声声像图特点,其中急性血栓62例,陈旧性血栓33例,应用二维及高频彩色多普勒超声检查均能清晰显示病变部位、血栓回声及血流状况等,为及时治疗疾病,减少并发症的发生提供了重要依据。结论二维及彩色多普勒超声检查具有准确性高、无创伤、实时又敏感的检查,为诊断下肢深静脉血栓首选检查方法。 Objective To analyze the diagnosis and the practical value of CDFI during the check-up of DVT. Method To use CDFI to check up 95 patients with DvT, to examine the characteristics, locations and degrees of the thrombosis, and to review and analyze the results. Result All of the 95 patients with DVT have typical ultrasonic images. Among them, 62 patients get the acute thrombosis, while 33 patients get the old thrombosis, Both two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI can clearly detect the pathological location, thrombotic echoes and blood flow condition, etc. It offers an important foundation to cure the disease in time and to decrease the complications. Conclusion Two dimensional ultrasound and CDFI are accurate, painless, real-time and sensitive. They are the first choice to diagnose the DVT in the lower limbs.
