长春西丁治疗腔隙性脑梗塞的疗效观察

目的观察长春西丁治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者引起头晕、反应迟钝、记忆力下降、肢体肌力下降等症状的临床疗效。方法随机选取138例腔隙性脑梗塞患者在常规神经内科处理的基础上分成两组，治疗组注射长春西丁30mg，每日1次，14d为一个疗程。结果疗程结束后，患者肢体肌力增加，头晕、头沉有明显改善。结论长春西丁对于腔隙性梗塞的患者具有明显的改善自主症状作用，Barthel指数从治疗前71．32上升到89.40，有较好的临床疗效。
