软基上的水力自控翻板闸门溢流坝设计

摘要 碧莲水电站拦水坝系建在软基上的水力自控翻板闸门溢流坝,此坝型可有效地减少上游的洪水淹没损失及水库泥沙淤积;同时,采用地下混凝土连续墙进行地基防渗处理及面流消能,节省了工程投资。该工程的设计对其他建固定坝淹没损失过大或在软基上建造的低重力式堰坝的类似工程具有参考价值。 The retaining dam of Bilian Hydropower Station is constructed in soft foundation and is a overflow dam with hydraulic control flap gate Such dam type can effectively reduce the inundation loss caused by the upstream flood and the sediment deposit in the reservoir Meanwhile the underground concrete continuous wall is used to control foundation seepage and the surface flow energy dissipation is adopted so that the investment of project is reduced The design of this project can be used for reference in the similar projects with large inundation loss or in soft foundation
