大曲率凸弯边零件橡皮囊液压成形工艺的数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 为得到大曲率凸弯边零件的橡皮囊液压成形工艺参数,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了侧压块各参数对该成形结果的影响,并对成形参数进行优化,最后进行了实际成形结果试验验证。结果表明:合适的侧压块参数为侧压块与模具距离取12mm,侧压块倾角取70°,侧压块圆角半径取8mm,对应的坯料搭边尺寸为20mm;采用优化后的参数可成形出合格的大曲率凸弯边零件,零件厚度分布与数值模拟结果一致,且模拟的最小厚度与试验结果的误差很小,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。 In order to obtain the process parameters of rubber bladder hydraulic forming for shrink flanging part with large curvature, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the forming process. The influences of the parameters of the side blank holder were analyzed and the process parameters were optimized. The actual forming experiments were carried out to verified. The results show that the suitable parameters of the side blank holder were the distance between side blank holder and die 12 mm, the dip angle of the side blank holder 70°, the fillet radius of the side blank holder 8 mm, and the corresponding lap width 20 mm. The qualified part was formed with the optimized parameters, the thickness distribution of the part was consistent with.the result of numerical simulation, the error of minimum thickness of the simulation was very small compared with the result of the experiment, which verified the reliability of the finite element model.
