摘要
目的:检测家族聚集性高血压患者MAPK信号通路基因表达,以明确该通路是否参与家族聚集性高血压的形成。方法:选择3代以上直系亲属均有高血压病史的5例患者作为试验组,对照组为5例健康志愿者;采用实时定量PCR芯片检测外周血液MAPK信号通路功能分类基因的表达。结果:试验组与对照组相比,MAPK信号通路功能分类基因表达>2.0倍的基因共有55个,≤0.5倍的基因1个。结论:MAPK信号通路在家族聚集性高血压的发病中起着重要作用,并涉及广泛的功能分类基因。
Objective:To detect the gene expression profiling of the MAPK signal pathway in familial aggregated hypertension patients by real-time PCR gene array and screen differently expressed genes.To identify if the MAPK signal pathway involved in the formation of the familial aggregated hypertension.Method:We selected 5 patients with more than three generations lineal relatives suffering from hypertension as group,and 5 healthy persous as control group.Real-time PCR gene array detected the expression of peripheral blood MAPK signal pathway functional classification genes.Result:Compared with the control group,there were 56 differently expressed genes in hypertension group.Expression of 55 genes increased to more than two times and 1 decreased to below 0.5 times.Conclusion:This study suggested the MAPK signal pathway related to the initiation and development of the familial aggregated hypertension,and involved in broad functional classification genes.
