独活对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

Effect of Duhuo on Abilities to Study and Memorize of Model Rats Suffering from Alzheimer

目的:研究独活颗粒剂对Aβ1–40蛋白所诱发的AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:采用Aβ1–40灌注法建立AD大鼠模型,分别用中药独活颗粒剂、西药吲哚美辛、0.9%的氯化钠溶液灌胃,4周后,通过水迷宫实验观察药物对AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。结果与结论:独活颗粒剂能够改善AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。

Objective ： To investigate the mechanisms of Duhuo to affect the ability of learning and memory in AD model of Wister rats. Method： Aβ - amyloid protein injection method of Wister rats and Hippocampus was used to shape AD model, traditional Chinese medicine Duhuo, Western medicine indomethaein and saline were administered. After four weeks, effects of drugs on learning and memory in rats are observed through the water maze experiment. Result ： And Conclusion：Duhuo water granula could regulate immune function so as to prevent and treat immune injury.
