摘要
目的:固本健脑法对老年健忘模型动物大脑皮层Na+-K+-ATP酶、血清SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。方法:腹腔注射D-半乳糖和NaNO2,制造老年健忘大鼠模型,分别灌胃固本健脑方、补脾健脑方、补肾健脑方水煎液,并设正常对照组和模型对照组,均灌胃生理盐水,连续20d。灌胃结束后分别检测各组动物大脑皮层组织Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、血清SOD活性、血清MDA含量等指标。结果:模型组动物大脑皮层Na+-K+-ATP酶活性显著低于正常组、补脾组和固本组;模型组动物血清SOD活性明显低于正常组、补脾组和补肾组;模型组动物血清MDA含量明显高于正常组和各给药组。结论:固本法改善老年记忆的作用机制之一是调节大脑皮层Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,提高血清SOD活性,减低MDA含量。
Intraperitoneal injection of D - galactose and NaNO2 was used for manufacturing forgetful old rats. Treat Animal Models with prescription on nourishing spleen and strengthening brain and prescription on nourishing kidney and strengthening brains and prescription on consolidating root and nourishing brains. Detect in all groups Cortex Na^+-K^+-ATPase, SOD and MDA in blood serum. Research the mechanism about treatment of consolidating root and nourishing brain to improve learning and memory function in rats.
