地肤子化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Advances in Researches on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Kochia Scoparia

目的:介绍中药地肤子的化学成分及药理活性研究概况。方法:查阅国内外20年来相关的文献资料并进行分析和综述。结果:地肤子的化学成分主要有萜类及其皂苷、挥发油等,药理活性有抗病原微生物、抗炎、抗过敏、降血糖和抗胃黏膜损伤等。结论:地肤子化学成分明确,药理活性丰富,值得进一步开发利用。

Objective：To introduce the progress of research on chemical constituents and pharmacology activities of Kochia scoparia. Methods：To consult the literature at home and abroad for recent twenty years, then analyze and review these information. Results ：The chemical constituents mainly contain triterpenoid saponin and volatile oil, etc. In pharmacology activities, there are mainly five aspects, including the activity of anti - phytopathogenic microorganisms, anti - inflammatory and anti - allergy, treatment for hyperglycaemia, gastric mucosa - protecting etc. Conclusion ： It shows that the chemical constituents of Kochia scoparia are clear and accurate and the pharmacological activities are abundant, deserving for continued research and further exploration.
