摘要
目的:建立分光光度法测定金莲花中总黄酮的方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用AlCl3显色分光光度法,在最大吸收波长420 nm处,对金莲花中总黄酮进行定量测定。结果:测得金莲花中总黄酮为93.34 mg/g,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.55%(n=6),加标回收率在95.91%~101.42%之间。结论:选用芦丁为对照品,通过AlCl3显色,分光光度法测定金莲花中总黄酮,方法简单,准确度较高。
Objective: To establish a spectropbotometry to determine total flavonoids in TroUius chinensis Bunge. Methods: With Rutin being taken as reference substance, Total flavonids in Trollius chinensis Bunge were determined by spectrophotometry, through AlCl3 Colorimetry at 420 nm. Results: The content of flavonoids was 93.34 mg/g in Trollius chinensis Bunge, the RSD was 0.55 % ( n = 6) , and recoveries ranged from 95.91% to 101.42 %. Conclusion: To determine content of total flavonoids in Trollius chinensis Bunge with spectrophotometry through AlCl3 Colorimetry by standard Rutin is a simple method with higher accuracy.
