血液高凝状态的中医研究概况

TCM Research Situation of Blood Hypercogulative State

回顾近10年来中医对血液高凝状态的临床及实验室研究结果,通过分析脓毒血症与弥漫性血管内凝血、静脉血栓、肾病、心脑血管疾病过程中出现的血液高凝状态的中医研究状况,总结中医在治疗这些疾病过程中血液高凝状态的研究成果。发现中医对血液高凝状态的认识多从"血瘀"论治,根据临床表现辨证论治,灵活采用了活血化瘀、清热凉血、滋阴生津、益气通络、益气活血、补气养阴活血等治法,拓宽了血液高凝状态的治疗方法,积累了一定的经验。

By reviewing that TCM clinical and laboratory research about blood hypercolktive state for last 10 years, and analyzing TCM＇s research status of blood hypercolktive state appeared in the process of the sepsis and disseminated intravascular coagulation, vein thrombosis, kidney disease, heart cerebrovascular disease, TCM treatment in these diseases process was summarized. It is found that TCM considered blood hypercolktive state as ＂Blood stasis＂ , based on syndrome differentiation and treatment was according to clinical manifestations, flexibly adopting therapies such as promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, clearing heat and cooling blood, nourishing Yin and promoting the secretion of saliva, boosting Qi and freeing collaterals, boosting Qi and promoting blood circulation, tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation. It has expanded blood hypercolktive state treatments and accumulated a certain amount of experience.
