《伤寒论》太阳病篇多见肺病证的机理探析

Analysis of Lung Diseases of Taiyang Disease in Shanghanlun

通过对《伤寒论》太阳病篇中肺的病证的病机分析以及对历代文献关于太阳与肺的生理病理关系的探讨,来认识太阳病篇多见肺病证的机理和太阳与肺的关系。主要从太阳与肺共主表、太阳与肺均和营卫密切相关、太阳与肺均主"开"、太阳与肺均为外邪侵袭人体的首犯之处以及肺与膀胱的关系5个方面来说明太阳病篇多见肺病证的机理和太阳与肺的特殊密切关系。

The relations between Taiyang and lung and reasons that most Taiyang diseases belong to lung disease were studied by analysis of lung diseases pathogenesis in Shanghanlun and literatures of that in the past. It can be explained from five aspects： Taiyang and lung together governing the exterior; both Taiyang and lung have close relations with Ying - Wei ; both Taiyang and lung governing opening ; evils attacking Taiyang and lung first ; relations between lung and bladder.
