摘要
介绍了无腐蚀不含锡的单组分脱醇型有机硅密封胶的制备过程。研究了填料、交联剂和粘接促进剂对密封胶黏度、固化性能、粘接性能、贮存稳定性的影响。通过配方的优化,制得了黏度低、力学性能好、失粘时间短、深度固化及贮存稳定性好的密封胶。目前该产品在LCM行业获得了广泛的应用。
The paper is related to a alkoxy-functional one-component RTV sealant which is a novel kind of environmental friendly,non-corrosive and tin-free sealant. In this work,the effects of filler, crosslinker and adhesion promoter on the viscosity, physic-mechanic properties, curing character, adhesion property and storage stability are discussed in detail. Through the formula optimization, the resulted sealant has low viscosity,excellent mechanical properties, short tack-free time, deep-section curing and good storage stability.It is currently widely used in the LCM module assembly industry.
