摘要
以30PSH单喷头水力性能测试结果为基础,按照组合系数分别为1.0R(R是射程)、1.1R、1.2R、1.3R进行正方形布置,研究不同工作压力、不同风级对均匀系数的影响,结果表明:喷灌工程设计在无风情况下采用"低压大间距"的方式,既能满足均匀系数的要求,也能使成本较低,其工作压力为0.25 MPa,组合间距为1.3R;当风力为一、二级时,采用"低压小间距"的方式也能满足均匀系数的要求,还能使成本下降,即工作压力为0.25 MPa,组合间距为1.1R或者1.0R;当工程已经完成,通过调整轮灌区次序、增加或减少打开阀门的个数来适应不同风力的要求,在满足均匀度的条件下,降低运行成本。
Based on the test results of the hydraulic performance of the single sprinkler 30PSH,sets up the square form according to the combination coefficient such as 1.0R(range),1.1R,1.2R,1.3R,studies the uniformity coefficient and different work pressure,and this paper puts forward that when designers make designs who should abide by the principle of low pressure and big combination distance which can be content with the uniformity and the lower cost when the wind power is very low even though without wind,i.e.designers should use the low pressure such 0.25 MPa,and the big combination coefficient such as 1.3R;the principle of low pressure and small combination distance which can be content with the uniformity and decrease the cost when the wind power is the first and second grade,i.e.designers should use the low pressure such 0.25 MPa,and the big combination coefficient such as 1.1R or 1.0R.while the project finished,under the condition of the uniformity,the manager can decrease the operation cost by adjusting the shifts and increasing or decreasing the opening valves to deal with the different wing power.
