GCr15钢棒材热变形后冷却工艺对显微组织的影响 被引量:6

Effect of cooling process after hot deformation on microstructure of GCr15 steel bar

摘要 以GCr15钢棒材为研究对象,分析高温变形后不同冷却方式对其组织的影响。结果表明,GCr15钢棒材1000℃变形后,以不同冷却速度冷却到715℃后缓冷,随着冷却速度增加,珠光体球团直径和片层间距减小;经过超快速冷却后,随着超快速冷却终冷温度从800℃降低到615℃,珠光体球团直径、片层间距和碳化物级别减小,以130℃/s超快速冷却到715℃后缓冷可以得到抑制网状碳化物析出的细片状珠光体。 Effect of cooling methods on GCr15 steel microstructure was analysised after hot deformation.The results show that the pearlite laminare and the diameter of pearlite grain were decreased along with the increase of cooling rate,which in the process of cooling to 715 ℃ with different cooling rate and mild cooling after 1000 ℃ hot deformation;and the pearlite laminare,the diameter of pearlite grain and the level of network carbide were decreased along with final temperature of ultra-fast cooling reduced from 800 ℃ to 615 ℃.Thin laminar pearlite without network carbide was obtained through ultra-fast cooling process in which cooling to 715 ℃ with 130 ℃/s cooling rate and then mild cooling.
