摘要
采用包覆轧制的方法制得铱板。对铱板材样品在1200~1750℃几个不同温度进行退火处理,随后进行显微硬度测试和显微组织分析。结果表明,适当的退火温度可以降低铱板材的硬度和变形抗力;克服铱板加工硬化快、成材困难的最佳热轧加工温度参数是:铱板热轧开坯的温度1500~1650℃,终轧温度不低于1300℃。
Iridium plate was prepared by coating rolling method.The iridium plate samples annealing treated at 1200-1750 ℃,and the Vickers hardness and microstructure of the annealed samples were analysed.The results show that the appropriate annealing temperature could reduce the hardness and deformation stress of the iridium plate.The optimal temperature parameters to overcome the quick hardening and processing difficulty of iridium plate is that the first foring temperature at 1500-1650 ℃,and the finishing temperature1300 ℃.
