45Cr4NiMoV钢等温转变曲线的测定 被引量:1

Determination of isothermal transformation curve for heavy backup roll 45Cr4NiMoV steel

摘要 采用金相-硬度法,测定了45Cr4NiMoV钢在不同温度等温时的相转变;用JMA方程,计算出了相转变3%、97%所需的时间;绘制出了45Cr4NiMoV钢奥氏体等温转变TTT曲线;结合金相组织观察,研究了该材料不同温度等温时奥氏体转变过程及转变产物的组织形貌,并测定了相转变后材料的硬度。 The 3% and 97% transformation time was calculated according to the JMA principle based on the metallographic examination and hardness measurement,by measuring the phase transformation in the different isothermal temperature,and the time-temperature-transformation isothermal curve of 45Cr4NiMoV steel was also obtained.The transformation process and the product morphology of the austenite in the different isothermal temperature were analyzed through microstructure observation.And the hardness after the phase transformation was measured.
