摘要
本文设计的定距仪是基于光电效应的非接触性定距仪,可广泛用于工业生产中的定距测量也能替代传统的接近传感器等类似产品。设计采用了基于PSD技术的传感器夏普GP2Y0A21模块、模数转化电路及单片机为电路核心;设计中以PROTEUS仿真为平台,进行仿真设计,然后再进行实物验证,在反复验证后,本系统的设计性能参数基本不受背景光及温度的影响,定距达到26mm、分辨率0.1mm、响应时间小于10ms,能满足大部分工程应用的性能要求。
This paper design is based on the spacer instrument of the photoelectric effect the sex spacer instrument, which can be widely used in industrial production of the spacer measurement also can replace the traditional proximity sensors and similar products. The design of the sensor technology based on the PSD GP2Y0A21 module, module into sharp circuit and single-chip processor core circuit; In the design of the platform to PROTEUS simulation, the design, and then physical test and verify, in repeated after verification, the design of system performance parameters by light and basic background of the influence of the temperature of, spacer reach 26 mm, the resolution is 0.1 mm, response time less than 10 milliseconds, can meet the performance requirements of most of the engineering application.
