摘要
在协同学视域下,班级是一个开放的系统,它既是一个组织,更是一个自组织。在班级发展的不同阶段,各种班级要素之间的协同与竞争诸态势正是班级发展的动力机制之所在。在某种程度上,运用"协同与竞争"机制可以解决目前一直困扰广大班主任"发展班级组织缺乏动力"的棘手问题。
From the perspective of synergetics, class is not only an organization, but a self-organization. In the different stages of class development, the collaboration and competition among various class elements is where the driving mechanism of class development lies in. Therefore, to some extent, the mechanism of collaboration and competition can be applied to solve the tricky problem: the lack of motive in developing the class organization, which has long perplexed most teachers.
