中部地区二本院校毕业生就业心理探究——湖南工程学院2011届毕业生就业心理调查

A Tentative Study on Employment Psychological Status of Graduates of Ordinary College in the Middle Region——A Research on Employment Psychological Status of Graduates of Hunan Institute of Engineering in 2010

通过对湖南工程学院2011届毕业生就业心理的调查问卷,对结果从就业形势的看法、择业观、就业指导服务、专业与就业的关系以及就业和专业的关系等方面进行分析,对如何解决毕业生就业难的问题从学校精准专业定位、增加与用人单位的全面合作、发挥校友和教职员工的资源优势以及加强就业指导教育等方面提出针对性的意见。

This thesis aims to propose a series of specific suggestions to address the difficulties in employment for the college students in terms of college professional major construction,enhancement of cooperation between college and career market,advantages of using resources of schoolfellows and teaching stuff and further education of career advice.Technically,these suggestions will based on the results after analyzing the 'Questionnaire on Employment Psychological Status of Graduates of Hunan Institute of Engineering in 2010'from the perspective of views on employment situation,career value,career advice service and the relationship between major and major,and major and career.
