摘要
为了使航空公司按照旅客的需要制定科学合理的航班计划,进一步提高旅客对航空公司的满意度,分析了航空旅客选择特性及对航班计划的影响,介绍了旅客计划延误成本的概念,并运用科学的方法建立了基于旅客选择行为的航班时刻优化模型,为航空公司进一步优化航班计划做了探讨。
To make airline work out scientific and rational flight plans according to the travelers＇ need, and enhance the airline passenger satisfaction, the article analyse the properties of air travelers choose and its impact to the flight schedules, describe the concept of the passenger plan delay cost, the importance and role of the passenger choice behavior. Establish the flight time optimization model based on the passenger choice model by the scientic method, do some study for airlines to make further optimized flight plans.
