摘要
本文主要是结合笔者多年从事雷电防护工作和设计审核工作的经验,就当前民用住宅低压配电系统的雷电过电保护措施方面值得大家关注的几个问题提出分析和探讨。直击雷的防护防避直击雷主要依据是国际电工委员会IEC1312_1~3《雷电电磁脉冲的防护》、《电子计算机机房设计规范》、《电子设备雷击导则》、《建筑物防雷设计规范》等。通常都是采用避雷针、避雷带、避雷线、避雷网或金属物件作为接闪器.将雷电流接收下来,并通过作引下线的金属导体导引至埋于大地起散流作用的接地装置再泄散入地。
To link up the expeIience of working on lightning protection, devising and checking for many years, the author has analyzed and discussed several matters that are given exclusive attention, especially the lightning electricity measures of low voltage distribution system in eivilian residentials.Protection of lightning strike It is mainly in accordance with Protection against Lightning Electromagnetic Impulse, Code for Design of Electronic Computer Room, Lightning Test for Electronic Equipments, Design Code for Protection of Structures and so on, which are made by International Electroteehnieal Commission IEC1312_1~3. Usually, lightning arresters, lightning protection zone, lhe lightning lines, lighting an'ester, and metal objects are adopted as lightning rods to receive Lightning currents. After that, the lightning currents are led by metal conductors as lead lines, covered by grounding devices which are used as bulk flow in the ground, and finally leak and disperse into the ground.
