摘要
一、引言采用自生靶是提高中子管性能的首要措施,而自生靶的材料选择和工艺处理方法对其性能有很大影响。菲利普等公司用蒸发到银基片的钛膜作为自生靶材料;我们对氚-钛靶和钛膜自生靶也做过一些实验。但这种钛膜靶会因溅射损失而影响寿命。我们在实验中还发现,当工作束流较大,靶温升高时,钛层中的气体会迅速逸出。
Self-producing targets made of different materials are studied for use in cera-mic neutron tubes, and their properties are compared. The target of Al_2O_3 has alot of advantages such as good thermal stability and ability to support biggercurrent which gives higher neutron density. It also has long life time, and thetechnology for making the target is simple.
