摘要
本文结合中国计量学院教学质量管理体系建立和实施的实践,阐述了ISO 9001质量管理体系在高校教学实践中的可行性、体系建立的程序和内容,并根据体系运行的实际就标准与创新的关系、体系的客观作用,以及体系中质量目标设定等重大问题做出了深刻的分析。
This paper elaborates the feasibility, establishing procedures and content of the system combining its implementation of practice in China Jiliang University, it also deeply analyses other issues such as the relationships between standard and innovation, the objective function of the management system for teaching quality based on ISO9000, and so forth.
