摘要
高校食品安全危机是高校发展中的一个重要问题,运用缩减管理的方法,并结合社会学、管理学和经济学的相关知识,对高校食品安全危机进行预备管理、反应管理和恢复管理,从而达到预防、控制食品安全危机的发生,有效处理发生的危机,恢复重建受损的食品安全危机处理系统。
