针对我国"城中村"改造的问题,在"政府主导、市场运作、依法拆迁、科学规划、分步实施"的原则下,进行"城中村"改造模式特别是模式创新的分析,即借鉴"区段征收"和"市地重划"等国外和地区的成功经验,推进"城中村"改造,以促进我国城镇化发展进程。

In view of the problems of reconstruction of village inside a city, according to the principle of ＂govern- ment leading, market operation, removal by law, scientific planning, and implement by step＂, analyzes the recon- struction model, specifically the model innovation, that is, through analysis on the successful experience of foreign countries and regions such as ＂section collection＂ and ＂urban land redrawing＂ and so on, propels the reconstruction of village inside a city, and promotes the development of economy and urbanization process in our country.
