摘要
研制了一种以石蜡、微晶蜡和高聚物树脂为成膜物质并经乳化而成的混凝土养护剂。其中石蜡3-94 份,微晶蜡0-72 份,分散剂1-80 份,阴离子表面活性剂2-34 份,非离子表面活性剂0-52 份,环氧树脂1-60 份,高聚物乳液10-09 份, 高聚物增稠剂14-26 份,余量为水( 质量比) 。应用实验结果表明,涂有高聚物型混凝土养护剂的混凝土模块抗压强度和失水率均优于传统养护和涂用乳化蜡型混凝土养护剂的养护。使用了计算机均匀设计软件两次设计的方法,得到用较少次数的实验获得高聚物型混凝土养护剂的最优配方。
A polymer modified concrete curing agent of emulsion wax was obtained from the combination of paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax and polymers by use of Uniform Design Software. The formulation included paraffin wax 3 94,microcrystalline wax 0 72,polymer 10 09,dispersant 1 8,anionic surface active agent 2 34,nonionic surface active agent 0 52, epoxy resin 1 60,and polymer thickener 14 26. The application test results showed that both the intensity of resistance to pressure and the ratio of water retention of the concrete blocks spread or sprayed with this curing agent were better than that with the usual ones. This product is innoxious, stable, and can be used conveniently with the advantage of saving water.
