摘要
研究了以L2氨基丙酸为原料,与氯化亚砜和无水乙醇反应成酯,再经硼氢化锌还原后,用液碱处理得L2氨基丙醇,二步合成总收率达60% 以上。其中硼氢化锌由硼氢化钾和无水氯化锌反应制得。
The synthesis of L (+) alaninol was described. L Alanine, as starting material, was esterified with thionyl chloride and ethanol. The ester formed was reduced by zinc borohydride and hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide to yield the title compound with 60% overall yield and 99% content.Zinc borohydride was prepared by the reaction of potassium borohydride and anhydrous zinc chloride.
