Synthesis of L(+) Alaninol

研究了以Ｌ２氨基丙酸为原料，与氯化亚砜和无水乙醇反应成酯，再经硼氢化锌还原后，用液碱处理得Ｌ２氨基丙醇，二步合成总收率达６０％ 以上。其中硼氢化锌由硼氢化钾和无水氯化锌反应制得。

The synthesis of L (+) alaninol was described. L Alanine, as starting material, was esterified with thionyl chloride and ethanol. The ester formed was reduced by zinc borohydride and hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide to yield the title compound with 60% overall yield and 99% content.Zinc borohydride was prepared by the reaction of potassium borohydride and anhydrous zinc chloride.
