摘要
以二苯醚、4 ,4′ 二苯氧基二苯甲酮、对 苯二甲酰氯和间 苯二甲酰氯为单体 ,在无水三氯化铝存在下 ,通过低温溶液缩聚合成了一系列聚醚酮酮 聚醚酮醚酮酮无规共聚物。经 IR、WAXD、DSC、TG及耐溶剂抗化学腐蚀试验等方法研究表明 ,共聚物的对数比浓粘度 (ηinh)随 4 ,4′ 二苯氧基二苯甲酮含量的增加而增大 ;共聚物是半结晶性聚合物 ,具有比聚醚酮酮 (PEKK)更高的玻璃化转变温度 (Tg) ;而其热分解温度 (Td)和耐溶剂抗化学腐蚀性能则与聚醚酮酮 (PEKK)相近。
A series of random copolymers of polyether ketone ketone (PEKK)/polyether ketone ether ketone ketone(PEKEKK) were prepared by low temperature solution polycondensation of diphenyl ether, 4,4′ diphenoxybenzophone, terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride in the presence of aluminum chloride, 1,2 dichloroethane and NMP. The copolymers were characterized by IR, X ray diffraction, DSC, TG, etc. It shows that the inherent viscosity of copolymer increases obviously with increasing 4,4′ diphenoxybenzophone content. The copolymers are crystalline polymers similar to PEKK and the T g of the copolymer is higher than that of pure PEKK. But the decomposition temperatures and solvents and chemical corrosion resistant properties of the copolymers are close to pure PEKK.
