摘要
用栓 盘式端面摩擦磨损试验机在干摩擦条件下考察了环境温度对热压成型的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺 (PMI A)摩擦磨损性能的影响。并用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)、X光电子能谱 (XPS)等对磨屑形貌、元素的含量等作了分析研究。结果表明 ,PMIA的摩擦系数随环境温度的升高 ,先增大后减小 ,在 13 7℃出现最大值 ,磨损量随温度的升高而增大。不同的温度下 PMIA产生的磨屑形状不同 ,聚合物的粘弹行为影响着 PMIA的摩擦磨损性能。
The effect of ambient temperature on the friction and wear properties of poly(m phenylene isophalamide)(PMIA) prepared by hot pressing method were studied using a pin on disc wear tester. The wear mechanisms were studied by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that with ambient temperature increasing, the friction coefficient of the PMIA increase then decrease, the maximum friction coefficient value is obtained at 137 ℃. Wear mass of the PMIA increase with ambient temperature increasing. The different debris of PMIA is formed under different ambient temperature. Analyses indicte that the friction and wear properties of PMIA are influenced by viscous elastic properties of polymer.
