摘要
采用原位聚合法 ,在 SBS LPB交联橡胶基体中合成聚苯胺 ,直接成膜后形成单面导电的复合物膜。该复合物膜的导电率随苯胺用量的增大而升高 ;随氧化剂用量的增大先升高后降低 ;复合物中仅含 PAn 8.9% (质量 )时 ,膜的导电率高达 0 .0 8S cm。
Polyaniline was synthesized by in situ polymerization within the crosslinked matrix of SBS/LPB to form a mono face conductive complex membrane. The conductivity of the conductive surface increases with the amount of aniline and, increases previously and then decreases with the increasing amount of the oxidant. The conductivity of the membrane is up to 0.08 S/cm while the content of PAn is only of 8.9 mass%.
