在华韩资企业跨文化管理浅析——以延边地区为例

Enterprises with Korea Investment and Cross Cultural Management——A case study of Yanbian Area

延边地区利用外商投资已经初具规模,并在延边经济发展建设中发挥着不可忽视的作用。跨文化管理是国际化企业必定面临的问题。中韩两国虽然同属于亚洲儒教文化圈,但是由于不同的投资环境,韩资企业在华投资中遇到了跨文化管理问题。因此,分析投资环境,并挖掘深层次的文化根源,对今后吸引更多的外商投资企业具有重要的现实意义。

Foreign investment in Yanbian has reached a certain scale and is now playing a more and more important role in the local economic development.Cross-cultural management is one of the major problems international enterprises have to face.Though both China and Korea belong to the same cultural circle of Confucianism in Asia,problems of cross-cultural management inevitably arise in enterprises with Korea investment in China due to different environment for investment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the specific investment environment and explore the deep-leveled cultural roots so that more foreign-investment enterprises could be attracted accordingly.
