浅谈我国成人教育发展中存在的问题及发展对策

Problems of Adult Higher Education in China and the Countermeasures

世纪之交,我国成人高等教育进入了一个改革与发展的历史时期,如何估价成人高等教育的质量,如何调控和指导办学体系,关系到成人高等教育的生存与发展。因此,找出成人教育在管理体制、运行模式、宏观调控与指导、招生与课程管理等方面存在的问题并提出解决对策,对于提高成人高等教育的办学质量和水平,促进终身教育体系的建立及成人教育事业的可持续发展,具有重要的意义。

Adult higher education is now facing a historical period of how to carry out reforms for further development.Whether the ways to evaluate the quality of the education and to guide the school-running system are suitable or not determines the existence and development of the education.Therefore,it will be of great significance for the improvement of the teaching quality and the establishment of life-long education system as well as the sustainable development of adult higher education if countermeasures against problems related to the management,operation,macro guidance,enrollment and curriculum provision could be taken effectively.
