摘要
合成了含有丁腈橡胶 ( NBR)的甲基丙烯酸齐聚氧化乙烯酯 ( MEO12 )与甲基丙烯酸己基磺酸锂 ( SHMAL i)反相共聚胶乳 ,将反相共聚胶乳与聚氯乙烯 ( PVC)溶液共混浇铸成具有多相结构的聚合物膜。这种多相聚合物膜中含有高分子锂盐 ,用增塑剂增塑或吸收无机锂盐有机溶液则成为聚合物单离子导体或双离子导体 ,其室温电导率分别大于 3.0× 1 0 - 4S.cm- 1和 2 .0 6× 1 0 - 3S.cm- 1。膜中增塑的 PVC连续相起到力学支撑体作用 ,因此增塑的多相聚合物离子导体具有大于 9.8× 1 0 5Pa力学强度。
A multi phase polymer film was prepared by mixing poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) solution and inverse latexes of poly(methoxy oligo (oxyethylene) methacrylate co sulfohexyl methacrylate lithium)(PMS) containing poly(acry lonitrile co butadiene)(NBR) rubber. Multi phase polymer electrolytes with single ionic conductivity (3.0×10 -4 S·cm -1 ) or di ionic conductivity(2.0×10 -3 S·cm -1 ) and mechanical strength(>9.8×10 5 Pa) were obtained when the multi phase polymer film is impregnated with plasticizer or lithium salt solution.
