摘要
对Q550热轧中厚板轧后直接淬火+回火(DQ-T)工艺替代调质工艺进行研究,试验中选取3种厚度规格的钢板,通过DQ-T多种工艺的比较,摸索出最佳的生产工艺,并批量生产出具有良好稳定综合力学性能的Q550高强度中厚钢板。
The present paper experimentally studied proper process technology of Q550 hot rolled plate by adopting the direct quenching online instead of the modification process in furnace with three different specifications of thickness selected as the test samples.By comparison of several different DQ-T processes an optimal process is determined and the high strength medium plate Q550 with excellent and stable composite mechanical properties is produced in batch as well.
