摘要
通过对大型振动筛建立力学模型和数学模型并求其解析解,得出优化振动筛偏心配重质量,排除运行故障的一般方法,由此实现既充分满足生产的需要,又大幅度延长振动筛使用寿命的优化目标,进而提出了对一般振动筛机均行之有效的故障诊断及改进措施的方法。
By building up mechanics model and math model of the large sized vibration sieve and seeking solution the common method for optimization of the ecentrical weight quality of the large sized vibration sieve and elimination of running troubles is found out and thereby the optimization target of satisfaction of the production need and greatly extension of the service of the vibration sieve is realized and then the method for effectively diagnosis on the trouble of the commonly used vibration sieve machines as well as improvement measures is put forward.
