摘要
针对天铁新区2800m3高炉喷煤系统在高浓度直接喷吹过程中出现的过滤器堵粉和泄漏、速率波动大等问题,通过采取改造煤粉过滤器、调整工艺运行参数等措施对其进行优化,确保了煤粉的稳定喷吹,使每小时喷煤量误差率稳定控制在±3%范围内,瞬时喷吹速率稳定,波动幅度小,为高炉炉况顺行创造了条件。
In order to solve the problems of filter clogging, leakage and big rate fluctuation occurring in high condensed direct injection, optimization was carried out by improving coal filter and adjusting process parameter at the coal injection system of 2 800 m3 BF, Tiantie New Area. Hence, conditions were created for the smooth running of blast furnace due to ensured steady coal injection with less than ±3% error ratio of injected coal and stable instantaneous injection rate.
