摘要
天铁集团石灰石矿300t/d气烧石灰竖窑除尘工艺采用布袋除尘器,针对布袋更换频率高的现象,分析了制约布袋使用寿命的因素,得出排烟温度、粉尘浓度、烟气中的水蒸汽是影响布袋使用寿命的关键因素。经采取优化除尘系统运行参数及环境等措施,有效地延长了布袋寿命,布袋使用寿命达到27个月,超过行业平均12个月的水平。
Bag filter is utilized for the dedusting process of 300 t/d gas fired lime kiln of Tiantie Group. Aiming at high bag exchange rate, the author analyzes the factors limiting bag life and finds out that fume evacuation temperature, dust concentration and steam consisted in fume are the critical factors influencing bag life. Measures were taken to optimize the running parameters and environment of dedusting system, which effectively prolonged bag life to 27 months, exceeding the average level of 12 months in the same industry.
