摘要
为了提高焦炭质量,改善焦炭的热反应性和反应后强度,在不同的喷洒时间将不同浓度的钝化剂溶液分别作用在两种强度的焦炭表面上,进行焦炭热性质的试验和探讨。试验结果表明钝化剂浓度和焦炭本身的质量对焦炭的热性能影响很大,而钝化剂的喷洒时间对焦炭热性能没有影响。
In order to raise coke quality and improve coke thermal reactivity and strength after reaction, passivator solutions with different concentration were sprayed on the surface of cokes with two different strengths in different time. Trails and discussion on coke thermal qualities were made. Trail results showed passivator concentration and coke quality influenced greatly on coke thermal property while passivator spraying time did not.
