摘要
学科服务正成为越来越多高校图书馆所探索和实践的新形式。继清华大学图书馆之后,多所大学图书馆陆续建立并实施了学科馆员制度,进行规范的学科服务。但在中小型图书馆,由于现有的人力资源以及学校的整体环境限制,还不足在图书馆建立实施学科馆员制度。以哈尔滨商业大学图书馆实施的学院联系人制度为例,探讨了在中小型图书馆开展学科服务的可行性。
The subject service is becoming a new mode researched and practiced by more and more university libraries.After the library of Tsinghua University,some university libraries had established and implemented the subject librarian system,and provided the standard subject service.However,some small and medium-sized libraries have no sufficient conditions to establish the subject librarian system,because of the limitation of existing human resource and whole environment.Taking the college contact system implemented in the library of college contact system as an example,this paper explores the feasibility of implementing the subject service in the small and medium-sized libraries.
